My Atticus passed away suddenly on Monday. My heart is so broken I don't think it can heal. I love you my little boy and I hope you are terrorizing other kitties and playing with lots of laser pointers.

I cam over from IBKC to tell you how sorry I am that you have lost your friend. What a beautiful boy. Nothing but time can make it better, but know that there are many hearts going out to you.
Hi, I saw your comment on IBKC and thought I'd come over to say I'm so sorry you lost your beautiful Atticus. I know how much it hurts, but in a while, you'll remember him and smile again. Sending love xx
I've come from there too - I cannot think of words to comfort; reading yours words reminded me of that sharpness in the heart when my Ra - and then Othello - "crossed the Rainbow Bridge". Let your heart hurt, dearling - it will ease, in time, and you'll be left with just the laughter and delight and warmth that is Atticus.
Make that 4 of us from IBKC. Our hearts are with you. All of us have kittehs who are now playing with Atticus. As d-h said, we share your loss and, more, we share your joy in having had a wonderful fried and companion who is never truly gone.
Also came here from IBKC. I'm crying with you. I hurt with you. Not because I have lost one of my own, but because I think of death as a reminder of those whom we have loved and lost, be they human or furry. Know that you have a community of fellows who grieve with you, whose hearts ache from your loss, and whose sympathy you have.
Thank you all so much. It means more than you know that everyone can care so much about someone you don't even really know, it's beautiful and touching.
I still cry everyday but it so helps to have that support and love around you.
I grew up with art supplies and projects always taking place in my home. My love of creating grew from 1970s macrame, pasta picture art and pink bunny ceramics thanks to my mom.
My medium of choice is polymer clay, from which I craft my jewelry, sculpture and assorted doodads.
